I'm not really familiar with your situation Adam, but do you have a well formulated plan for what constitutes "the best interests of the child"? I'm always slightly confused that people who develop a relationship, produce children, get to the point where they will drag their relationship and children into a situation which is not in anyone's best interest. Do you have any other options for remedy?
