All we do is talk about how to go to court as the DEFENDANT and how to FEND off creating joinder with the PERSON. How about for a change, talkin' about how do we go to court as the PLAINTIFF and use the PERSON we have, to pull-out the Birth Certificate and ask some judge, to tell some public-servant, to- "...pay my fucking rent for me with this!" :)
