lol, I'm reluctant to post after your reality stopping comment....but...the answer to Eamonn O Brien would be ...yes they do keep it?....I have never used a coupon at walmart...or anywhere...with exception to the legal tender bank notes...they DO keep those...so my answer is "yes" ...so then the next time the "person" is summoned and/or fined...they already have the "person"?
