Why not put a NOTICE in your own RECORD that you create, that yiou are not the NAME. Again....WINSTON says let them create the controversy and challenge you. Then when they are in YOUR JURISDICTION you give them the one two punch and ask them as private liable men AND/OR women if they want to accept SURETY when you pose those questions: WHAT EVIDENCE does the COURT have that I am an OFFICER, an AGENT, a TRUSTEE or an EMPLOYEE of the CROWN? WHAT EVIDENCE does the COURT have of any WARRANT OF AGENCY for the principal? WHAT EVIDENCE does the COURT have that there has been any meeting of the minds, any PROPER NOTICE given, any considerable CONSIDERATION offered, or that I have ANY INTENT to CONTRACT in this matter?
