MENS REA.. the GOOD FAITH section in the Bills of Exchange Act is their remedy they are giving you that- "We recognize we havent done a very good job at explaining this all to you, so we wont really hold it against you if you dont in deed do it properly, you just didnt know any better - due to us of course"...
