"Justice = Tendered Government Contractor"..... if this ultimately is the case, then, wouldnt EVERYTHING going-on in a courtroom be grounds for RECUSAL RULES on the basis of there is a permanently-inherent CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST going-on at all times? > (that basis being your adversary is most likely a BAR-member, the same as the presumed fair-and-impartial Judge/JP is a BAR-member, also)
