i think you are talking to me. i am a girl yes. yes i understand the corporation leins the person. I am not sure how to accomplish that yet. working on understanding as much as i can and producing accurate documentation. i mostly was trying to find out why it is necessary to go thru these steps to protect ones equity (assuming of course one knows who one is)
