In that 25-part series he did, David-Wynn Miller answered somebodys question regarding the UCC with- "Dont forget, its called a CODE for a reason. Its a Code, because the Code is, that the UCC is owned and copyrighted by the Crown Corporation of the City of London England, and anybody using it automatically acquiesces to their jurisdiction(paraphrasing)"... or something like that
