ok so, here are three "charges" in front of me (not mine, but close enough that I want to see this through and so does the "accused") ...so I am bringing it (with permission) here to class to see what we can or should do to make these charges disappear. they are as follows: 1) "drive motor vehicle no currently validated permit" HTA 7 (1) (a)-$110.xx...2) "drive motor vehicle - no license HTA 32(1)-$325.xx...3) "fail to surrender insurance card" Compulsory automobile act 3(1)- $65.xx it should be noted that" no license" due to suspension re: unpaid fine, also she was reminded that driving while suspended is an arrestable offense, and she should be thankful she was not arrested. happened yesterday

ha ha that's when all the fun is happening!....so far my classmates have me identifying accusers( the cop) and accused parties (the girl), injured party is of course absent, as there isn't one....so this being my first stab at this i want it to be a good one...if she writes NO CONTRACT and sends it registered mail, is this a viable option? and who is it sent to? I presume the crown? as the cop already wrote the ticket so resolving it there couldn't happen.

ok great, thanks bud...i asked the cop about it, and she had no idea what i was talking about...so she said anyway...that's when having it on hand would be nice...may not help but i would take great satisfaction pointing it out to them, lol

she asked me if i had had a bad experience with the police, i said is there a "good" experience with you? she said well if i was out of uniform you would not treat me like that (not that i was really all that disrespectful)i said no probably not , but you would not cost me 500 plus dollars in that case either... when she was handing her the tickets explaining the what to do's she had to point out a couple times that it was an arrestable offence...then tried to convince me that i should not judge police for the few bad apples, lol ya ok, you just took this woman's months grocery money right out of the family's mouth...no judging here, lol
