I SMELL A RAT.

I've been saying this for a while, but the rat's getting smellier and I must elaborate.

I'm currently reading through a transcript of the case management hearing that Jeff was trying to attend on February 15, 2013. There is somebody they purport to be �MR. CLIFFORD� , and as I read these TRANSCRIPTS I realize that this is not Dean. There is somebody �acting as Dean�. Dean does not talk like this. I know Dean. He does not trip over his words.

The Dean I know is very precise in his speech and concise in his phrasing. That said, the PUBLIC RECORD is replete with Dean Clifford �quotations�. He appears to be �RESPONDING� to the �TITLE�, �MR. CLIFFORD� while simultaneously denying his status as �MR. CLIFFORD�.

The words and phrasing that he is using have an air of familiarity to them, like I've read them before...like, you know, in other court transcripts.

They took $60.00 from Martin, but did not deliver him a signed copy. Even though they charged him a bargain price, he still bought an AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENT. Martin is aware of the contents now, but he most certainly did not receive what he purchased.

Anybody who has followed my adventures getting transcripts knows beyond any doubt that this is not the way a COURT REPORTER'S OFFICE works in real life.

WHY did they produce this so fast, and WHY does it so conveniently have Dean answering to �MR CLIFFORD�, when questions are asked?...

Seriously? Does anybody buy that?

Dean is an AQUILAE TRUSTEE. HE UNDERSTANDS OATHS, FEALTY AND SURETY. In sort, Dean knows better. He actually has a clue, and he has experience.

All of you are a bunch of morons who can't tell their asses from a hole-in-the-ground, and YOU know better!

They're trying to convince me that Dean has BREACHED THE TRUST. I can either RESPOND TO THEM, now that I have KNOWLEDGE of this �TRANSCRIPT� or...

I can take the high road, and let you read through it; and you tell me if you think you are hearing Dean, or if this is just cut-and-paste from other hearings. Special bonus points for those who can tell me why this is most definitely NOT a COURT TRANSCRIPT!

poor grammar on the part of the Ms Moorthy unless it was the transcriptionist...what strikes me as interesting is more what is missing as opposed to what is there....I would have expected Dean to be alot more vocal, so much of the convo is just between the judge and prosecutor

I see that, I was thinking early on...rather then letting them do their "housekeeping" talk.I would have though he would at least try to make his points after his apology..rather then listening to them go on and on...but I can't say I'm all that familiar with court proceedings

Darren wasn't even "evolved" enough to record that with his likely fully recordable phone at the time, which I wondered about in the first place... if my friend was being hassled, and I was obviously knowledgeable as I am (to even hang out with Dean) to NOT record the fiasco?

This legal side of this situation is way over my head, BUT, logic shows that this does not stack up. Like Beverly May Braaksma said, there must be someone that Dean has some obligation to, to be able to demand firsthand evidence other than some of the updates of 'Dean is eating bananas & drinking mineral water & in good spirits'...that sounds like stuff Nana tells the grandkids when Grandad is ready to drop off his perch in hospital...no offence to those with good intent posting, but it all seems a bit 'fluffy' from the outside looking in.

Every one who, being or having been employed in the service of Her Majesty in right of Canada or a province, or in the service of a municipality, and entrusted by virtue of that employment with the receipt, custody, management or control of anything, refuses or fails to deliver it to a person who is authorized to demand it and does demand it is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years. Since DEAN is property of the AQUILAE would this be an avenue for his release?

Martian did get a deal ... there should be 38 there are only 27...this was not a Court case this was setting dates for the hearing ...and not thinking this is Dean is absurd ...Dean would be sitting in that court room with chains on ...he has to watch his Ps and Qs ..Dean did say the things he wanted just to get it on record before the trial ...if you have never been in Deans position it is not easy ...and I don't care how much you know about the law and what is really going on ..what is happening to Dean is no different that others that would have a criminal charge brought against them.

You're right about the missing pages Fiona....how about the one that has the file number on it ? It's OK though Darren is going to do what is right and record Dean properly for us. Dean will tell us where he is, the charges, the file number and will contact Scott after this too. Then everything will be clarified....make sense ?

Cases they intend to drag out because they are a problem, are fuelled by "ghost runs". Every 3 or 4 days, he will be packed up and transported to every back-woods shithole that has a county jail. That jail gets 3 days of funding, and it's off to the next one.

The case and any securities it passes may be fraud. It doesn't matter, the transactions at the jail are complete! Counterfeit Money has the same value, as it's real counterpart...until it's detected!

The problem is, that it passed through HUNDREDS of transactions before it was detected!

If you bought cigarettes with a fake $10 bill that you did not detect as fake, you are not going to cough up a $10 bill to some banker you've never met, just because you MAY have used a fake bill.

Will this work? To Scott Duncan, I am a facebook friend of Dean Clifford. Over the past few months I have learned a lot from Dean, he has been of great VALUE to me because of the things he has indirectly taught me. I am also led to believe that he has been kidnapped, possibly through some sort of "sting" operation. It has come to my attention that Dean is part of a TRUST administered by you. I am sad for u 2. that would be awful. we have worked VERY hard for our home and knowing THEY will just bully people out of their HOME, is very disheartening. we struggled with this during the development of our property. We rescued two of the cats from a shelter the day before they were to be killed (actually Scott got a call from the vet asking him to take them...and he arrived with a cat carrier...boy did they see him coming :), so they came pre-fucked up. The exploding door, yelling, crowds of people, etc. doesn't seem to have affected them much in the long run. Although there was a couple of months where they hid in a closet, only coming out to crap on the floor.

If you have properly corrected your status with the Condo Association, you would be the employer...if they enforce codes, you are not bound by them.
