When the court clerk comes in she is the trustee. She gives the charges to the judge [hot potato] now he is the trustee. He asks if you understand [stand under] the charges. Now you are the trustee. You don't want to have that hot potato. toss it back to the judge. Make him the trustee and assign the prosecutor as co-trustee.
