Eamonn O BrienFeb 22, 2013 8:15 PMThe GRANTOR is the CREATOR=SURETY. We didn't CREATE the trust so we are not GRANTOR... I think I'm correct in saying so... I could be mistaken though... I'm happy enough with beneficiary :)
