Yes, when i went to go for my first Affidavit to the Notary last week thats the thing that jumped-out at me, when she asked- "Now do you want to swear-this-out to GOD, or, will you be AFFIRMING this? (or something like that)"
Of course the first-thing i thought of was- "No on the God-thing - all BELIEF is EVIL"
