I'm yet unable to retrieve the online page that I saw three years ago showing a legible photograph of a Canadian federal document (letterhead) alleged to be the final document required to make the collection of tax a "law". The site presented the case that there was no tax "law" at least because this document had not been signed. Has anyone any recollection or insight into this?
