Well I didn't have no fancy internets. I had to go to a LAW LIBRARY.
I then subscribed to law articles. They just talked about it openly.
"The UK CANADA ACT will ACT as a CHARTER for the new shiny CANADA we're gonna slip in....and get this...the "citizens" will now think they are "Free"! BWAHAHAHAHA"
...I paraphrase, of course, but you get the idea.
