The birth certificate has two signatures on it.. one on the left side, one on the right side.. as i understand it.. the right side represents the credit.. the left side represents the debt, so.. whoever signed it on the right side created the credit for whatever my birth-certificate-Bond is worth.. whoever signed it on the right side is the surety.. whoever signed it on the right side is liable.. whoever signed it on the right side is liable, and, they are liable to me.....?
