I asked of the prosecutor from St. Thomas- "Quo warranto..by what authority do you have to charge my mom with a statute when shes not a Government Actor, performing-a-public-function-of-Government, doing a Government Action?"..his response- "You have to come to the court and make those arguments in front of the Judge..im going ahead with trial" :/
