The problem is, you can try and tell them that- "You're a Foreign Jurisdiction, you dont have any authority over me," but like Dean says..they'll come and find'ya and drag you into court anyways, so its easier to show-up and make a 'special appearance'..but then like a guard at Eglinton/Keele told me - "you acquiesce to their jurisdiction as soon as you walk through the front-door of the courtroom"..so WTF?!
