I think the mantra ive put together for if im ever in that position is- "Im here for that matter.. good morning your Honour.. im here by special appearance only, pro se/sui juris, as i am the Grantor, the sole-living-Beneficiary, and the Lawful Holder in Due Course, now, who will be acting as the Surety today?..." This goes back to Scott's ROOT/SUDO computer-analogy the other day im still a little foggy-on, but..i think its a fancy-way of playing musical-judicial-courtroom-chairs?
