ACCOUNTING ONLY exists ON LAND. There is NO ACCOUNTING IN ADMIRALTY, which is why they need a JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL (Judge who is an advocate for accounting (GENERAL, as in GENERAL LEDGER)).
